DUE TO COVID 19 WE WILL ONLY BE OFFERING TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS. IT IS VERY SAFE AND VERY EASY TO USE.  WE HAVE MANY SLOTS WITH OPEN APPOINTMENT TIMES WITH ASSOCIATES (FORMERLY KNOWN AS INTERNS).

I am currently accepting new clients from teens (14 to19) to adults on a sliding scale and there are a few free spots available. My degree is a Masters in Social Work from Smith College in Massachusetts. The goal of my work with clients is to help them utilize their strengths and work though challenges with encouragement and compassion.

If trauma or PTSD is interfering with your relationships, work and ability to enjoy everyday life, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) can help address trauma and the negative impact it is having in your life. I’m certified as a cognitive processing therapy provider (CPT). If you wish to learn more about this therapy option, please call me for a consultation and here’s a brief Veterans Affairs video on YouTube about CPT.

The loss of a loved one is a painful and challenging transition time especially during the pandemic. Grief and loss are overwhelming and can create a feeling of being adrift. In individual therapy, I can help support you during this life transition and begin the journey of processing grief into growth.

I am also available for free individual counseling at The Sacramento Native American Health Center (SNAHC) through the Covid-19 Support Services. This program is providing mental health support for anyone in the Sacramento area having difficulties coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. Interest in services form is at: http://eepurl.com/hIrilT
